They are worst brokers ever seen . Waiting time more than 12 hours and when you visit their office in windsor very illiterate staff

Livingston is the worst broker ever.  I have yet to get a shipment cleared before the truck arrives at the border and we are 14 hours away.  It takes nearly 24 hours to even open a file on a shipment.  Calling the 1-866 number is a nightmare might as well be calling a foreign call centre as every agent barely speaks English.

Don’t take shipments who cleared under Livingston, they hold your driver at border forever , they don’t care about drivers at all 
And don’t care about drivers time value 
Cheep bastard , stop brokering if you can’t handle it

Actually i work as driver , i often cross border from canada to USA but ever time when i have to cross your US imports is headache for me it took one day to clear load i have to wait at border , thats sucks. I have to email you paperwork 10-15 times . Stay at border without pay it sucks.

Hey Livingstone, are you planning for a better service in the next future???  .... 8 times out of 10 I had issues with your service on the loads I hauled for the last 3 years, delays upon delays and lot of futile excuses for your laziness or poor knowledge, I’m sick of it.
