It was telling Me that my ADHD was on there “Preferred List” so I was expecting to pay a lower copay. When I received my notification from the pharmacy it said I owed the highest copay. I immediately called Southern Scripts and the lady told me that the information wasn’t up to date and they always ask their patients to call. This really seems pointless in having the app or a website at that. Apparently this company is stuck back in the 80’s, where all we had was a phone.😡 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage - don’t waste the space on your phone *2026-01-23, version 3.16.98* As a HDHP member, I know my prescriptions will have a cost. No matter what medication price I check, all say $0.00. There is no option to save medications or preferred pharmacies for easy price checking. If you want to check a different strength or pharmacy, you have to start from the beginning. The app claims to be able to compare prices at multiple pharmacies, but will only show results from one.
