## What is Liviq?

Your calorie app doesn't know what your doctor knows.

Liviq is built around one: Dr. Dale Dangleben, Chief of Surgery of PatientChoice Clinic. The guidance in this app is the guidance from that practice — same voice, same standards, on your phone between visits.

SCAN A MEAL, SEE WHAT MATTERS
Point your camera at your plate. Liviq breaks it down to calories, protein, carbs and fat — then keeps going, to fibre, sugar, sodium and cholesterol. You get the vitamins in the meal and what each one does for you, an ingredient-by-ingredient breakdown, and a health score with the reasoning written out.

Sodium and cholesterol are what a physician asks about. Most apps stop at calories.

CLINICAL VIDEO, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
Medical Tidbits is a growing library of short videos from Dr. Dangleben and the Patient Choice Clinic team. Clinical insight, simplified — no jargon, no lecture, no ten-minute preamble.

RECIPES FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY COOK
Filter by Caribbean, Creole, keto, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, low-carb or high-protein, then by breakfast, lunch or dinner. Build a weekly meal plan from what you find.
