Can’t open it ### 5/5 — Une véritable aide pour l’endormissement *2025-10-31, version 1.0.16* A découvrir, je l’ai recommandé à de nombreuses reprises. C’est vrai qu’au début on n’y croit pas trop. Mais avec le bandeau hoomband ultimate, on se relaxe très vite et les histoires vous emportent vers le sommeil. J’ai mis plusieurs séances à arriver et au bout du voyage en train orient express, je dormais avant. Les sons, les aides à la respiration et à la relaxation sont très bien faits. On peut commencer avec un casque classique mais il devient très vite inconfortable, le hoomband est fait pour s’oublier et vous immerger confortablement. Vous demandez obligatoirement un numéro de téléphone pour se connecter à l’application. Ras le bol ! Marre de donner ce genre d’informations pour être appelé par des plateformes de démarchage téléphonique.. c’est quand même hallucinant de contraindre vos utilisateurs qui ont payé le système à devoir vous donner les numéros de téléphone à des tiers qui vont pourrir la vie. Remarquez la boucle est bouclée du coup on se doit de mettre le Hoomband pour retrouver un peu de quiétude… svp changez votre règle !!! ### 1/5 — Impossible de recevoir le sms *2025-10-16, version 1.0.16* Impossible de recevoir le sms pour se connecter à l’appli. Mal nous en a pris car depuis presqu’une semaine IMPOSSIBLE de s’inscrire sur l’application. De plus étant passé par un intermédiaire sérieux en Belgique. Et là après plus de 100€ dépensés dans le bandeau il faut en claquer 30 de plus pour avoir la suite… En plus le son est pas fou, je vais rester avec mes AirPods qui ont toujours très bien fait le boulot avec mon masque pour dormir habituel. I was so impressed with the customer service when they helped me switch from HoomPlay to LivLab over several days. But I just couldn’t handle it. I used to use the Hoom app and now primarily use the Livlab app for its soundscapes and relaxation programs. The band was nice but I lost it - but to me the real value is the APP. I can sleep basically anywhere and at any time, but since I started using the app and the sounds provided for relaxation, it’s made a noticeable difference in how I wind down and fall asleep. The audio experiences feel intentional and well-produced, not generic white noise or repetitive loops like you can find on youtube.The sounds are calming without being distracting, which is surprisingly hard to get right. What I appreciate most is how the app guides you into relaxation rather than forcing it. The pacing, tone, and structure of the sessions help quiet a busy mind without feeling overly scripted or artificial. It’s been especially helpful on nights when my thoughts are racing (ADHD) or when I’m carrying stress into bed (who isnt?) So here’s the thing, if you’re wondering whether or not to get this. I’ll say this the product is wonderful because there’s no monthly fee. They constantly keep adding to the app, and unlike other products they haven’t shut everything down, running away with my money. The off-line downloads make it usable on an airplane or places where you really need something to help you sleep. And as I just realized, as I had to migrate over from the hoom app- the staff could not be more wonderful. The app was recently updated and the graphics and sleep stories are beautiful. HoomBand is a very comfortable "headband" that syncs with my phone to play soothing stories and music while I get ready to go to sleep. It's a must for people who have problems sleeping. The tech support has been incredible and respond very quickly to questions.
