## What is Livona?

Livona - understand your health across three timescales.

Livona reads your Apple Health data and turns it into clear, evidence-based insights. You see how your body responds to load and what your numbers really mean.

YOUR BIOLOGICAL AGE
An ensemble of VO₂max, resting heart rate, HRV and walking speed estimates how old your body seems — with a trend curve over time.

THREE TIMESCALES
• Momentum — your training load over recent weeks. Too little, just right, or too much?
• Recovery — how recovered you are today, measured against your personal baseline.
• Longevity — the slow-moving markers of your healthspan.

PASSIVE FUNCTIONAL TESTS
Walking speed, stair pace, cardio recovery: Livona detects them automatically from your everyday data. No active testing required.

EVERY NUMBER IS BACKED
Behind every score is a peer-reviewed study you can read yourself. No black box, no AI chat, no advice out of nowhere.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
Everything is calculated solely on your device. No account, no servers, no cloud. Light and dark mode included.

BUY ONCE, USE FOREVER
No subscription. A single purchase unlocks the Pro features permanently.

Livona is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses. The app helps you better understand your own health data — it does not replace medical advice.
