I have owned this water purifier for 3 years now in Pune, and I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service. For the last several months, I have had no service at all. The basic requirement of a water purifier is regular maintenance to ensure safe drinking water, and this company has failed completely.
No one picks up calls on the service numbers provided. It feels like my initial investment has gone to waste because the product is unusable without technical support. I cannot recommend this brand if you live in Pune. At this point, it is better to switch to a more reliable brand like Aquaguard that has a functional service network here.

I have been using Livpure RO from last two years and in these two years the RO was not working properly so many times and the worst thing is their customer care representatives. They are totally unethical and not helpful at all. Once you register your service request you gotta wait for a week and after calling them again and again they still don’t allot you any technician. Nobody visits you and your money will get wasted. Their area incharge is good for nothing. Their customer service is the worst they don’t know what are they doing there and are very rude . My RO is not working from last one week and they are not providing any technician and we are living short on water because of them. Don’t buy RO from this company if you don’t wanna suffer later.

I am amazed to see the kind of poor and pathetic service even in 2026. The app is pathetic The customers care is worst. They have no idea and no clue about their own internal systems. I purchase an AMC and after that I had to wait 48 hours for the AMC plan to get activated only after which I could raise a service request when I call them they say that because there was a request raised earlier it will take one hour to cancel it and then again I need to call back and after which there is again a turnaround time of 48 to 72 hours, so basically I purchased the CMC thinking that it will fix my problems, but I have to wait for five days just to get the request executed. I would highly recommend not to purchase their products. The Customer care support is extremely extremely bad. And the app it keeps on logging out after every 5 to 10 minutes.

This app deserves an award for innovation: it’s the first service app I’ve seen where customers are prevented from accessing the service entirely.

Step 1: Enter mobile number.
Step 2: Wait for OTP.
Step 3: Keep waiting.
Step 4: Question your life choices.

The OTP never arrives, which means the app effectively doesn’t work. It’s hard to review the rest of the features because the developers have hidden them behind an authentication system that appears to be permanently on vacation.

A customer service app that can’t log customers in is like a car with no engine—technically it exists, but it won’t take you anywhere.

Fix the OTP issue before adding new features. Users need a functioning app, not a decorative icon on their phone.

LivPure is a complete fraud and has pathetic customer service. I took a 3-year AMC, but not even a single technician visited during the entire period for service. Whenever I raised a complaint and called customer care, they kept delaying and no technician came for months. Very disappointing experience. Please don’t go for this product, especially in Kanyakumari. Their service is absolutely pathetic.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and support I have received from Livpure.
We had been renting a Livpure water purifier for two years, during which there were absolutely no issues. The health status was always perfect, and we were satisfied with the product performance.
When we contacted your team to discontinue the rental service, we were strongly encouraged to purchase the unit instead. Based on the positive experience during the rental period, we agreed to buy the purifier.
However, within two weeks of purchase, the water taste changed significantly. We were informed that the filter needed replacement, and we paid more than ₹8,000 for the same. This was unexpected and disappointing so soon after purchase.
Subsequently, we relocated from Bangalore to Pune. Arranging reinstallation in Pune was extremely difficult and required numerous follow-ups and calls. After considerable effort, the unit was finally installed. Unfortunately, within four hours of installation, water started leaking from the bottom of the purifier.
Since then, we have been continuously trying to reach customer service, the service manager, and even the area manager. Our calls are no longer being answered, and there has been no resolution provided. This level of negligence and lack of response is unacceptable.
This has been the worst service experience we have encountered. We request immediate intervention to:
Resolve the water leakage issue urgently.
Provide a clear explanation regarding the repeated filter expense.
Ensure proper customer support and accountability from your service team.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will be forced to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.

Before purchasing ACMC, we were promised of 24 hours guaranteed service and in house company service 
Now we found that service is outsourced at Rajkot so absolute lie. 
And after 5 days also there’s no remote possibility of service getting done as the agency is saying that they will come once filters are availed to them for past 4 days. In tier two cities, this is the state of their services

Worst servise ever.. even when you book for service request they don’t contact you 7-8 days also when you try to rebook or call then so you cannot rebook as they show error as already requested service.. when you call then they don’t pick o actually have to continuously call then 5-6 time them they pick and say will send the person.. and you just keep waiting and person don’t come..
They asked us to purchase 10,000₹ service subscription for 3 years and they just take money from you and they font provide proper service.. water literally have no purified taste, live pure filtered water taste like boring water.. DISSATISFIED AND WORST PURIFIER ANF SETVICE APP EVER… they just steal money from people and don’t contact or provide service.

Worst service I have ever seen , from last six months my complaint not attended whenever you call they provide you new dates. Don’t ever buy Livpure products. Their service centre persons,state head,service engineer no one responding the calls. I have AMC of the product still no one care about customer service. Fraud company.
