### 1/5 — Title: SCAM ALERT: Complete Nightmare –Non-Functional RO, Ghosting Customer Support & Refund Refusal

Since day 1 from RO installation from last 20 days I banging my head with customer care everyday 2-3 time a day I am calling but no resolution, seems like they can’t do anything. There customer care emails is also of not use, emails seems to be getting ignored. Customers care every day says to wait for 24 hours and with this in circle 20 days passed and I completely got fed-up as I am buying 1000 bisleri water daily for family from the day since I have installed this RO. There is no proper channel to escalate the concern even there customer care superwisers repeat same things to wait for 24 hours even in big city like bangalore and then no resolution in 20 days

Now after 20 day after no resolution of non functional RO I demanded cancellation and refund on customer care they are refusing the refund the security amount that 7 day free trial is passed even my RO was not installed and working in those 7 days since today after 20 days. 

Service and product quality is so pathetic please be aware and will never recommend livpure to anyone.

I have the Livpure Bolt Alkaline model, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
Deposit Terms Not Clearly Communicated:
At the time of purchasing the product, I was not informed that I would have to keep the product for a minimum of 3 months and complete the required 3-month recharge period in order to be eligible for a refund of my deposit. This condition should have been clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Technical Issues:
The technology is not working properly. The purifier is not connecting to the app, and the pH level keeps changing continuously, which raises concerns about the consistency and reliability of the purified water.
Poor Customer Support:
The customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. The response and resolution provided by the support team have been far below expectations.
Increase in Recharge Charges:
I was initially informed that the recharge would cost ₹520. However, after using the product for just one month, the recharge price was increased to ₹750. Is this fair? Customers should be informed clearly about any such pricing changes before purchasing or committing to the product.
Overall, I feel that the terms and pricing were not transparently communicated at the time of purchase, and the technical issues along with poor customer support have made the experience even more frustrating.
I request Livpure to look into these issues seriously and provide a clear explanation and appropriate resolution.

1 stat because i was happy from last 1 year drinking the water, 0 or negative to the customer service people, toll free number has timing to it and they cannot understand English when the ticket is assigned to particular enterprise they never take the calls, it’s been 3 days of follow up my next review will be the names and contact number of the people, my ticket number is open it’s ending with 5428, service needed in Moti Nagar Hyderabad

They have a claim of installation within 4 hours in some metro. In my area it was valid but after putting the request. Nobody contacted even in the next 4 hours, then I connected with their customer support for the update, as I took a leave from work just for this to get done but they didn’t care about it and after trying connecting 2-3 time before and after the payment but didn’t receive anything apart from fake promises and commitments. After everything next day one person contacted and understood the issue and came early morning to install the RO. Immediately after he left the RO started leaking due to auto cut issue maybe whenever the tank was filled fully. I immediately tried connecting with the guy who installed it but got no response. I even raised a complaint but they just called and gave timing according to their convenience and didn’t came as per my availability due to work schedule. Eventually I asked them to come on Saturday morning due to week off. I contacted the last assigned service person but got no response I contacted again their customer support they assigned a new guy but he also didn’t reached out in the time promised by him. After all this frustration I eventually cancelled the RO services. Now I have to see if how they’ll not make this a bad experience in taking it up and processing the refund.
