When called to multiple customer care numbers, one of them told thet my plan is not activated yet. Why this non-sense. Why they can’t activate right at the time of installation. Customer care told to wait another 1 hour. Will post another review if not sorted this out. Beware guys. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2025-07-08* If there was an option to give zero stars, I would give that for their customer service- actually, lack thereof. They have no service management system it seems. No one follows through on any service request you raise. They will just keep sending you random ticket opening and closure messages without any actual action being taken. Nobody picks up any of the numbers they provide in the messages they send. Truly pathetic. ### 1/5 — Don’t purchase their subscription *2025-06-14* One of the most unprofessional customer services I have ever seen. I was told that the last two months' subscription amount, along with the security deposit, would be refunded. Now that the service has been cancelled and the machine has been picked up, I received a message for a refund of only the security deposit. I can't let go of my 2-month subscription amount like this. The app no longer shows accurate or live water consumption. I recharged with an extra 100 liters, and it vanished within a day — no clarity, no tracking, no transparency. When I reached out to customer care via phone (not email), instead of resolving the issue, they tried to force me to buy a new filter worth ₹5000, claiming it’s necessary — even though I’ve already been paying and using the system for years. They’re pushing this filter upgrade now, which feels like a money grab, especially since they’ve never mentioned it earlier. To make things worse, my tap recently broke. When the service person finally came, they installed a cheap, low-quality tap that’s clearly substandard. After years of using their service, this is how they treat loyal customers — no proper support, just excuses and poor quality replacements. Customer care is completely unhelpful and seems more interested in upselling and delaying rather than actually solving the issue. If you’re planning to start this service, please think twice. Livpure has been the most frustrating and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Their service is a complete sham, and their support team is utterly useless. Here’s the painful saga I’ve been put through: Around 22nd September, I raised a request to shift the water purifier to a new address. My service was valid till 27th September, yet despite repeated calls and follow-ups, Livpure failed to send a technician to install the device at my new location. No installation, no service — but they had the audacity to charge me for the next month anyway. After that fiasco, I decided to cancel the service altogether. That process alone took 3-4 months. Yes, months. Finally, when they did manage to collect the machine, I was assured via email that my ₹1499 security deposit would be refunded within 24-48 hours. Guess what? It’s been over 15 days, and I’m still waiting. I’ve followed up countless times, and every single time, I get generic, unhelpful responses — if I get a response at all. No one takes ownership, no one gives a proper update. It's like shouting into a void. This isn’t just poor service — it’s borderline fraudulent. They take your money, deny service, delay cancellation, and then run in circles when it comes to returning your own deposit. Avoid Livpure at all costs. It’s not worth the headache. Their business practices are shady, their service is unreliable, and once they have your money, good luck getting it back. ### 1/5 — Complaint Regarding Lack of Service for Livepure AMC (Purchased on 15th November 2024) *2024-11-23* I have received regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my Livepure water purifier, which was purchased on 11th November 2024. Despite purchasing the AMC and reaching out for support, I have yet to receive any follow-up or assistance from your Livepure team. The delay and lack of communication have resulted in a very poor experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Livepure. ### 1/5 — Trying to deceive customers *2024-09-28* I am extremely disappointed with LIVPURE and their deceptive business practices. I rented an RO from them, and they falsely claimed their machine would reduce the TDS in my society’s water to 100. Before installation, I explicitly informed their representative that our TDS levels were high, and he reassured me the RO would solve the issue. However, after installation, the TDS remained at 350! Now, when I’m simply trying to return the RO (and not even asking for the 3-month rental refund), they’re refusing to reimburse the security deposit I paid for the machine. Instead, they’re threatening that I’m locked into a 3-month contract and won’t get my deposit back. Legally, the security is against the machine, and if I return it, they have no right to withhold the amount. This is nothing short of blackmail and a clear attempt to deceive and exploit customers. I would highly caution anyone considering their services to stay away from LIVPURE.
