## What is Livro CRM?

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an internal enterprise application. Access to this application is restricted to authorized employees, field representatives, and designated partners of Livro Systems Incorporated. You must have valid corporate credentials issued by Livro Systems Incorporated to log in and use this application.

Livro CRM is the official, internal field sales enablement and client relationship management tool for our workforce. Seamlessly integrated with our central Frappe/ERPNext backend, this app enables field representatives to carry out day-to-day operations, track accounts, and log site visits directly from the field.

Whether you are in the office or traveling through areas with poor cellular coverage, Livro CRM ensures you remain connected to our central systems.

1. OFFLINE-FIRST CAPABILITY
Our teams often work in remote areas with unstable network coverage.
