## What is Livspace Port?

Livspace PORT is a powerful warehouse management system (WMS) built for Livspace's logistics and warehouse operations teams. It streamlines every step of the warehouse workflow — from receiving inbound shipments to fulfilling customer orders and tracking last-mile deliveries.

INBOUND OPERATIONS

ASN (Advance Shipment Notice): Receive and scan incoming shipments from vendors. View daily overviews, select vehicles, scan package barcodes, and track received vs. pending counts in real time.
GRN (Goods Received Note): Process received goods with built-in quality checks. Categorize damaged items, get intelligent bin placement recommendations, and perform bulk or individual binning — all from your mobile device.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Bin Management: Scan any warehouse bin to view its contents. Add or remove packages, search for specific items, flag bins as full, and re-bin stray packages — keeping your warehouse organized and accurate.
Recommend Bin: Receive algorithm-driven bin suggestions for incoming packages. Accept recommendations with one tap or override with a manual scan.
Override Bin: Manually reassign packages to different bins when exceptions arise, with mandatory reason tracking for full audit compliance.
OUTBOUND OPERATIONS

Picklist Fulfillment: Browse and manage outbound picklists with status filters (Pending, In Progress, Completed). Pick items using manual scan-by-scan mode or bulk picking for faster throughput. Built-in validation ensures the right package is picked from the right bin.
LAST-MILE DELIVERY QC

Site GRN (Digital Pod): Perform quality checks at the customer's doorstep. Track package delivery status — mark items as Successful, Damaged, or Missing. View real-time delivery overviews and lock records once delivery is confirmed.
