Now nothing on my SD is playable. Now, app only works when iPhone is connected to the network the device is also connected to. If no longer works on data, does not work when connected to another wifi, useless of an app. Who’s idea was to update this app and remove the main feature? That makes no sense because the whole point of getting the camera is to be able to view when not home. I could view live view every time and there was absolutely no lag. And that was when we lived in the country where the only internet option was satellite. I moved to town, got cable internet, updated my iPhone and now the app no longer works. When I try and reset the clock camera, then every time I try to scan the QR code, the app closes! Someone needs to do some major app updating and create a bunch more fixes because I’m to the point of throwing away my camera and getting one from somewhere else. This is ridiculous. I don’t want something I can’t use. If I had made this review last year, I would have given 5 stars. I have two of these cameras and cannot set them up even when I’m close to the modem where the wifi signal is the strongest. They were working fine. I changed ISP and everything went fubar. They are a great camera and worth purchasing. I deleted the app reinstalled tried to add the cameras as a new setup. They just won’t recognize the wifi signal so you can’t set them up even after a reset. Update: I installed the Clocklive app and the cameras work fine now. I’m not sure why the Lizvie app stopped working. ### 1/5 — Useless 2 *2019-07-29, version 5.0* The records can not be viewed trought the app!! The only way to start working again is reseting the camera. Also you can download the file only if you watch it. The live indoor picture looks crisp and perfect at sunset low light. Will be testing through the night and into the future. This is super cool!! My main goal is to oversee my dog for barking when I'm out but if it works this great I'll have to add more of them. ### 4/5 — Please these features *2018-07-13, version 4.6* Please add: FPS Selection (so video will be smoother) Motion Detection Interval settings (Need at least 5mins longer recording. Sometimes videos don’t play and when they do it is choppy but you can see and hear well enough. You also don’t have to pay extra money for memory a month so it’s really not that bad. You pay for what you get and the app can be better and crash less but you can work around it.
