### 1/5 — Unable to update

*2026-08-11*

Will not let me update the app and therefore am unable to open it

### 1/5 — Every update stops working on iPhone

*2026-08-09*

Every time there is an update the iPhone stops opening the app and you end up in a loop of - update the app - but there is no update - I uninstall and reinstall - 15 times today - I turn the phone off and leave it off for a while after uninstalling and then try again - I download it again and it says - oh you need to update the app - but there is no damn update! Ffs make it work on iPhones!

### 1/5 — Needs lots of work

*2026-05-21*

Can’t put app on iMac, should be able to open more easily, print to small and messages should be able to be filed in categories/rile the user chooses to label and file them. Not a very satisfacory app at all.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-06-23*

Just doesn’t work. I’ve reset my password several times and it won’t let me log in. Been like this for months
