I thought a workaround would be to login with each account individually (which is ridiculous) but even that didn’t work as the “Continue to Payment” button doesn’t actually do anything and you can’t pay. If you can’t book and can’t pay then the app really is a complete waste of time. General navigation within the app is poor and clunky, it really shouldn’t be this difficult to book sessions for the family and it means you use the services less because of the faff. There’s already a lack of public services available and this app makes it even more difficult to access them. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Wrong times *2025-06-17, version 108.41* Today was the third time I had booked a swim session for 1 o clock, only to get to the pool and be told there are no swim sessions at this time and the app had booked me into a swim session for the next day. After the new login process was released I cannot login, I have followed the simple instructions MULTIPLE TIMES now, even going through the “contact us” element and submitting a “Microsoft form” I’m informed there is nothing wrong with my account! Speaking to Staff I was informed that the password needed to be SPECIFICALLY 14 characters long and include a Capital letter, number and a special symbol (all rather standard), however some of the special symbols don’t work! Even if you choose a “special symbol” that doesn’t work the app will still say it accepts your password even though in reality it doesn’t! Due to this you are required to call to book things but then if you try this your call is either ignored or no one is at the counter to answer!! Overall not only does the App not work correctly but the service provided by Aberdeenshire council and the company contracted to create the app are also shocking and heavily lacking!! ### 1/5 — Login *2025-02-01* Wasn’t given a Pin when I signed and paid as the system wouldn’t allow. Was informed to try signing in when pin was requested click forgotten, no option for this was available initially after jump g through several hoops finally got to request a new pin which was not sent as page the displayed the service was unavailable. No accessible timetables for the desired pool making impossible to check availability or last minute changes!
