## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Repeated login pain

*2026-04-26, version 108.41.1*

My wife uses on Android fine. For me on iOS login repeatedly fails as does login test requests, thoroughly irritating. Especially as you cannot book for more than one person. Grrr

### 1/5 — Payment system update needed!

*2026-04-05, version 108.41.1*

Desperate need to integrate applePay into payment system
Also option to add multiple sessions to basket and complete with one payment instead of having to input payment details in for each session.

### 1/5 — Creaking Mass

*2024-06-17, version 107.17*

It all looks nice but doesn’t actually work properly. For example, when you do your first search for a particular centre, you cannot do further searches for the other 2 available centres. In other words, once you choose 1 of the 3 available centres the app is locked into that initially chosen centre. This is really unhelpful if you want to use and interchange between 2 different centres. Secondly, the portal does not allow you sign in with the L leisure login details, and no instructions on how to access that portal at all.

### 1/5 — Unable to cancel a booking

*2024-02-19, version 107.17*

Joined again last week after gap of more than a year. Given ability to book online classes, that was fine. Not given a new card, trying to cancel a booked class is impossible without a membership card. Very unhappy.

### 1/5 — Pointless if booking for more than one person

*2023-11-01, version 107.1*

If you’re wanting to use the app to book for yourself then it should be fine. However, if you’ve got a family or partner then there is no way you can book for more than one person without paying full price.

I have been trying to use the app to book places for my daughter and I to go swimming. We both have leisure memberships and her swimming should be £2.10 because of her age.

The only options available in the app are for me to pay my correct leisure card rate and then an additional fee of £5.45 for my daughter. This can add up fast during school holidays.

### 2/5 — Not very intuitive

*2023-10-02, version 106.77.1*

Couldn’t easily find membership number (which the leisure asked me for when I needed to call them).
Couldn’t see how to cancel a booking, even tho their website blurb says this can be done in the app.

### 3/5 — Doesn’t save payment info. Membership number hard to find

*2024-04-23, version 107.17*

The app doesn’t save the payment information or use Apple/google pay. Which means I need to go and grab my card whenever I want to make a booking which is inconvenient
Also it doesn’t show your membership number anywhere convenient. You’ll have to go to your account tab and it’s there in small writing which is hard to see. It’ll be much better if it’s on the front screen if you’re logged in
