I signed up for this and have a few connection requests, but when I try to click on any of their profiles, the app just glitches and the page jumps around. Super disappointing.

I cancelled my subscription in March and am still getting charged in June.  Unable to contact anyone to get this fixed. Does not show as an active or past subscription in my App Store.  Very scam like.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear about the charge although "unable to contact anyone" is doing some heavy lifting here.
We have chat support built into the app. We have email support. We have our direct phone number on our website - not a form, not a ticket queue, an actual phone number you can call. Any one of them takes about thirty seconds. This review took considerably longer.
As for the billing: subscriptions are handled through the App Store, the same way they're handled for every other paid app on your device. Same process, same cancellation flow, same receipts, no difference. So unless Apple has singled you out personally, the theatrics aren't necessary.
Reach out through any of the three channels above and we'll get it sorted. 

Assuming that's the goal.

In the economy having to spend $10 at a minimum just to be able to use the messaging feature on this app is asinine.

**Developer response:** Yes — $9.99. In this economy, roughly one sandwich.
The paywall isn't an accident. Free messaging is how you get bots, spam, and people who aren't serious about any of this. Charging for it is the cheapest filter we've found, and everyone you'd talk to on LLMA has cleared the same bar you're objecting to. That's not a fee, that's the product.
If ten dollars a month is more than finding a partner is worth to you, we're honestly not the right fit. Craigslist is free.

Not enough active members to justify the price point. I can understand wanting to weed folks out for an exclusive experience, but it needs some work. Longer trial period could be beneficial.
