The postcode entry is broken for a significant number of users. I’ve tried entering all forms of Lux postcode and even a few from Germany, France and England… nothing works so the app is inaccessible.
Please support do something or reply to some of these reviews!

Can’t use the app because it won’t let me finish signing up. Gets stuck and shows error message about servers being busy. Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with the same message. Is this app being updated to fix this issue?

It’s probably the best Luxembourgish learning app but it’s really buggy eg some exercises can’t be completed because you can’t scroll properly on the app.

The sound is very temperamental, it doesn’t work most of the time when you click the sound icon. Not good for a language app where you need to hear what the words sound like.

The signup process doesn’t work in the app - I signed up on the app, failed, deleted the app, registered on the website, was told I was already registered, reinstalled the app, and it worked. 

But once you’re over the initial difficulties it’s fine.

This app is the best resource I have ever found to learn Luxembourgish. I hope to add English explanations to the Grammar section.

If you already know a little Luxembourish, this is a terrific app to learn more. I like that I can use it on my computer and my phone. I hope more levels will be added, too! 

I wish I could figure out what the badge notifications are for, though. Also, there’s no way in the app to get to information about events and other features. Hopefully that will be fixed in the future.

For anyone having server issues after installation, just delete the app and reinstall it and it should work fine then.
I did this and now I’m able to use the app just fine !
