I use it on a daily basis. But it really lacks some essential feature like screen on/off facility like the one on the remote. The timer section doesn’t show any text because of apple’s latest update. I have to do a guessing game each time I have to set a timer. It also doesn’t have the Alexa or google home integration that was promised by the company. It just has a simple on/off timer. Lacks the ability to have a schedule or automation or a loop timer. It’s smart but not smart enough. I really think the company should update the app to match industry standards. Such a good product from such a good company has the chance to lead the industry but is not doing it is what is surprising. I hope someone reads this and escalates it so that we can see some changes.
