I am nearly 87 years of age, still mentally active, but trying to keep-up in the modern world is very difficult. I find electronics a bit difficult. For instance, when I try to phone Lloyds from my home in the U.S. very frustrating. When one is put “on hold” why is it that I am “just another caller”. If I am in the U.K. The cost is nominal.
