Simplicity in its organization would be ideal. And just a simple clock out button would suffice. ### 2/5 — Lots of time wasted on bugs and loading screen. *2024-07-22* Office loves it cause they can track numbers. Guys in the field think it’s buggy and super slow. Wastes a bit of time. ### 1/5 — Annoying app. *2024-07-16, version 2.0.2* I have to use this app daily. Multiple times throughout the day, it’ll crash trying to upload photos. It randomly deletes typed notes. There’s no real bug logging built into the app, so devs have no clue and rely solely on bug reports. It’s been awful for so many years, the version before this “new” UI had the same problems. ### 1/5 — Not good and under developed *2024-05-15, version 1.4.0* Kicks you out of the app all the time. Loses data that you have to punch back in if you get kicked out by the app. Tells me I can’t clock into another job because I am in a different one even tho I punched out and did notes. They get deleted too. This app makes time on site worse. The first one sucked and this one is just as bad. Has to be a scam or a long con to be this bad ### 2/5 — LMN Time is better *2024-04-02* The amount of bugs and confusion on this app is crazy lmn time was more straight forward and easy ### 1/5 — Poor preforming *2024-03-27, version 1.3.1* Has lots of Bella and whistles , so many more buttons to press now, it takes longer to use, shows scheduled time per project as total hours and not the breakdown of hours per size of team & that can cause mistakes. Times out a lot . It’s happened 4 times now and I’ve had the new app for a month! Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Don’t fix what’s not broken *2024-01-23, version 1.0.6* Recently was forced to switch to LMN crew from LMN time. Don’t be fooled by it’s esthetics. This app is not functional and was clearly designed by someone who has not worked in the field. I am in snow and ice management and the fact you cannot create multiple time sheets in one day is ridiculous and needs to be fixed ASAP. It is absolutely terrible to work with if you are trying to do a double shift. Creates endless time gaps and overlap errors. This new LMN crew app is nothing but trouble. It is full of glitches. Does not run smoothly. Is far more complicated to run. It was clearly not designed by someone who had ever worked a night shift. Since switching work on the back end had doubled if not tripled due to all the reporting errors or bugs that the crews encounter on a daily basis. LMN time had none of these issues. As I deal with this lovely application more. More issues arise. This app is absolutely incompatible with night shift crews. Dates are completely wrong, timesheets get doubled up because they disappear off of the crews phone once the clock strikes midnight unless they search for them. When crews are busy servicing clients during a snow event they are not going to mess around with an app to try and find what they were doing. They don’t simply have the time. THE AMOUNT OF 1 STAR REVIEWS SPEAKS HOW DISAPPOINTING THIS APP IS. BRING BACK LMN TIME. Kudos to LMN trainers Jai Somani, Chris & Christian!! ### 3/5 — Update messing me up *2025-04-18* Update: I wrote this review about two weeks ago, and it is really messing me up still. I love the idea of the update, but I am literally wasting so much time trying to get myself clocked in and out of things when the app just constantly crashes, it especially seems to have something to do with the off-line photos, loading or failing to allow the app to work properly. Please keep working on this! It’s a great idea, but it is not working to save me any time. This app has had some issues, but overall has been pretty good. However, the new update that includes off-line mode has been very challenging. I am wasting lots of time just trying to get clocked in correctly, even though I really appreciate the concept of off-line mode since I work in a lot of low service areas. The app keeps crashing, and I find myself having to re-enter notes that I already entered. Very frustrating with the update, but I really support the idea that is being put forth. Please keep working on it, it has potential. But right now I wish I could go back to how it was before the update. ### 3/5 — Slow working in low cellular areas *2024-10-16* This app we use at our company and biggest problem is when you have areas with low cellular connectivity it won’t work. Really need to make it useable while offline and be able to update all pictures and notes when service is available. It’s very frustrating when you can’t look into the notes of your jobs because it won’t load and then you can’t download anything and switch jobs and task without service which then leads to miss times and material list etc ### 3/5 — Drains battery, slow, too many options *2024-04-10* There’s too many options to move between jobs that seems to take more time than LMN ever did. I also wish the routes would take you to the next property rather than the top of the list so that you have to scroll down. It’s also draining my battery so my phone is dead by the end of the day, whereas LMN never killed my phone battery.
