Loses punched in material and service notes consistently. Takes longer to scroll through freezes, general errors consistently throughout one day of use. Never gone more than a day without an error code deleting at least half of the information I’ve inputted for certain job sites. Seems like the app was rushed and they decided to fix it as they go. Real poor strategy ### 1/5 — App doesn’t open on iPhone 13pro max *2022-03-02* I had the iPhone 11pro max app worked but had crashing issues and when signing in had to sign in 2-3 times most days clocking in, have the iPhone 13pro max and app will open so the logo then just goes to a plain white screen my scroll bars show as if I’m just scrolling on a white page bad bro buisness for logging tasks for jobs ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2021-11-24, version 2.0.5* Terrible app to work with. Contractors lose a significant amount of time with the app kicking you out, needing to start over, logging in multiple times and fighting with ongoing freezing issues. The layout and work flow is also poorly designed with the need to press the “more” button for basic tasks like punching out. Way too many clicks needed for what should be very basic functions. Plan for substantial time cost fumbling around from page to page if needing to use this crappy software. Zero should be the stars given to this one. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2021-04-16* Don’t like it ### 1/5 — Completely Broken *2020-10-02, version 2.0.5* Problem after problem since the new update. The app is now completely broken on my end. Half of the time it won’t even load. When it does load, as soon as you go to clock into a job you get an error and the whole thing crashes. Have tried logging out and back in and completely reinstalling the app to no avail. Stuck with entering time on the web based version, which is worse than using the app ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-06-17* This app is honestly horrible slow all the time freezes and recently isn’t giving the correct amount of hrs. This is literally a 0 star app whoever thought of this shouldn’t make another app!!!! ### 1/5 — Update ruined this app *2020-03-09* If something is not done soon will need to look for another company the freezing and inability to sign into multiple job has ruined it. Do not spend your companies money on this app until they do something to fix the disaster they created. ### 1/5 — Update ruined the app *2020-03-03, version 2.0.5* This app was never great to begin with and was completely ruined by the “update”. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO EDIT TIMES AFTER SUBMITTING THE JOBS. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DELETE AN ENTIRE TASK TO ALTER THE END TIME. ### 1/5 — Horrible since update *2020-02-20* My company has used this for 3/4 years with no problem. Since the update, it’s been nothing but problems. Each time I try to do a support chat with them, I’m told it’s user error and that they’ve received no other complaints. EVERY employee gets logged out of the app every other day at least, sometimes in the middle of the day, notes disappear constantly, scheduling for lawn services has been a nightmare, freezes when trying to clock out or submit frequently. The list goes on but all I get in response is user error 🤦‍♀️ I was also told that if emojis are used in the app they won’t show up on the computer version of time but as I was on chat- a timesheet with an emoji was submitted. Really makes me wonder about the support team. Sorry this is so long but it’s been extremely frustrating trying to deal with the CONSTANT problems that the support team doesn’t seem to care about or want to acknowledge!! ### 1/5 — So bad, so very bad *2020-01-10, version 2.0.5* Not everyone knows how much the skill of logic plays in developing an app but when logic is good, it looks like it’s not even needed. It’s intuitive. This app is the furthest thing from intuitive logic. It’s as if they are so caught up in some precious thing that started by some passionate landscaping guys, they just can’t get themselves out of their own sense of logic that must have originated from a home brew app. They need to scrap their logic map and start all over, starting from the end-user. There should not be so much cumbersome navigation. I’m forced to use this by the contractor and I’ve got a long long list of problems here. I’m embarrassed to tell anyone this is the app this company uses. It’s so bad it’s beyond a joke. Example: You can’t get the map and instructions of a job site unless you clock in as if you’re there on site and ready to start. You can’t see the next job until you’ve clocked out (or “punched out”) of that job that you’ve never done. You can’t clock out until you’ve entered all the required fields with some comments so you need to make something up for a job entry that doesn’t matter, a dummy file, and just because the developers are what? The dummies. Another example: You can’t clock out of a route until you’ve entered time for a lunch break, even if you didn’t take one! You have to put in a time that you ate your lunch, so we’re instructed to put in a lunch for 1 minute. Dumb and dumber. Can’t stand this thing. ### 1/5 — Was great but not anymore *2019-12-18* We have been using LMN Time for a couple of years and the guys loved it. After the new release the guys have constantly complained that it takes longer now to do the same things that they use to do. We have crews that split in the middle of the day and it has been a challenge for the guys to clock in/out guys in the middle of the day. This has made our office manager pull out her hair as well because she has to correct these timesheets now when in the past she was just verifying and submitting. Please address this issue! ### 1/5 — Not better or faster *2019-12-18* I thought that my guys would love the app but they are complaining that it is more steps, not less steps. The challenge has been when we have guys leave a crew or start with a crew in the middle of the day. It does it all, and everyone is synchronized on every platform. However, the fact that it's so slow, it becomes redundant to use - takes more time on data input than it saves. Needs a simpler interface. To complex to navigate. Simplicity is key. Your avg crew leader sends Snapchat’s or watch’s TikTok’s all day. Think how simple using those apps are. This one is a little complex for what it needs to do. Using it in the winter is impossible. One suggestion I would make is to allow users to select multiple photos when uploading to a task. It makes it easier to select more than one photo at a time to upload, then wait for that photo to upload, and do it again with the next photo. Crew may have to restart phones to get app to work and be able to clock in. Five different phones and we all experience the same issues. Use face ID etc. Even if you sign out it don’t always save your info. Ability to see lunch break times without having to add up the hours for the day and comparing to hours on the job. Too many steps to clock out and submit timesheet. So many more.. ### 2/5 — Worst upgrade ever *2019-12-03, version 2.0.3* - the scroll is harder to use - takes longer to find job sites - takes longer to upload photos - takes longer to write comments - harder to make corrections so you have to start over again - stops working when in use - sometimes I’m not able to send in time sheets because of some error. - sometimes I can’t make notes because of an error - sometimes I can’t send photos because of an error - no matter what this “error” persists throughout the job so I can’t do anything All around this upgrade was a down grade and I hope you guys stashed the older version some where.
