It always takes a while to load and for the last few weeks, I haven’t been able move items to my wish list , whether it’s from my cart or the product page. I just get an error message. My last two orders have had problems that have taken months and are still unresolved. The worst part is customer service is unresponsive to my inquiries for updates. When I tried to checkout it redirects me back to the homepage. When I use Apple Pay, my card gets declined and it's not my card issuer's fault. Then I'll get emails from customer service instructing me to make purchases through the website when I explicitly told them I tried to use the app for the 15% off promo code. LN-CC does not follow EU consumer laws and is withholding money specifically from US customers, claiming those are “duties”.
