It takes me forever to get logged in because it says it either can’t validate my credentials or an error occurred and I have to call the office. Today it told me the app violated security features, whatever that means. It also crashes a lot. I don’t know what happened with update that caused this, but it’s terrible lately. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-11-09, version 21.2.70* The logo displays for two seconds then it shuts down. Tried reinstalling. Still doesn’t work. I Opened my account 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my debit card. The remote deposit limits how much you can deposit a day, so forget it if you have multiple checks! Finding out your credit card statements is a hassle. The website isn’t much better. Owner, Penn Yan Diner ### 5/5 — The new app is Worse than the old one *2020-08-21, version 19.3.20* The old app was pretty prehistoric , but that being said it actually worked ......you could log in , pay bills , see your account total after every transaction...... this new app (that they forced me to get) is definitely not as good as the old one, if you manage to log in and not get an error you will find that you can’t pay bills anymore. Also for some reason this app doesn’t show your total accountBalance after every transaction and , for reasons that Would take too long to explain , bugs the crap out of me. ... I love LNB ....BUT MAN I HATE THIS APP ### 4/5 — Transfer to other lnb customers feature *2020-05-23, version 19.3.20* The last version of the app allowed you to transfer funds to an account not held by you but other members of LNB.
