It never remembers your user name or uses face recognition. You have to log in from scratch every time. The layout is not user friendly either. As soon as you log in and get the security code it times you out before you can even look at your account information. This happens all the time you never know when it is actually going to work properly. The app takes to many steps to navigate and find things. Too many screens to navigate. The most recent update is the worse. It doesn’t save my username anymore nor does it save my Face ID recognition. I have locked myself out more times than I can count because I don’t remember passwords-ever.
