The lock will not stay connected to WiFi. So having the app is of no use. Try chat and never available!!!

Don’t buy this item. The app always time out when you try to view your live video. Finger print sometimes work and sometimes don’t. Can not get a hold of anyone. Setting anything your on your own. They give your a QR code and off you go. Nothing is easy with this item.

The app features don’t work. They all time out & fail. Like the previous reviews say, you can’t open from your phone, or even login to see the camera. Will be returning.

I buy a smart lock for 300$ on amazon i just lost my morning the app doesn’t work no matter what combination of password you put when you try to register he doesn’t work and there’s no costumer support
