If you’re purchasing in a rush, watch out — did you really buy the right ticket? Not great when I’m hoping to catch a particular train. Also it used to show the stops on a journey with the platform number for the destination but this has all recently disappeared without explanation. I deleted and downloaded it again but made no difference. I wouldn’t dare buy a ticket on this app for fear it would disappear. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t show full journey *2026-02-25* The app no longer shows previous stops for services making it hard to judge if your train is going to be on time or not and therefore useless. Other apps show this so this almost feels like an attempt to deceive people!
