Why lntrn exists
Our founder built lntrn because she lived it. She knew the exhaustion of calling friends who were starting to tire of listening. And she knew how it felt to open the other apps, the ones that turn a tender, human struggle into a game of streaks and scores, and make you feel like a failure the moment you slip. She didn't want a scoreboard. She wanted something gentle. lntrn is something she wished she had during her challenging season. That's the heart of lntrn: it is a witness, not a warden. It will not shame you. It does not reset you to zero when you have a hard day. A slip is not "day one" all over again.
