### 4/5 — Awesome!

*2025-08-19, version 3.0.5*

Awesome app, but they lack a few words that I think you/they should add in the next update! Such as love, stop it, family etc. really helpful if school for mi’kmaw projects tho!!

### 4/5 — Content of App.

*2025-06-17, version 3.0.5*

Although this app is very useful for learning the words and hearing them spoken , it does not teach the reader how to join these words together to make sentences or conversations. It would be so helpful for the learners to hear sentences and phrases within the app. Other than that it is awesome for true beginners. A learner needs to recognize the verbs audibly , that join the verbs with the nouns pronouns and adjectives that form sentences.
Wondering if a new version is coming soon.

### 4/5 — This app is pretty darn good

*2019-12-03, version 3.0.5*

I really like this app but my only wish is that there was more phrases you could learn otherwise LOVE!!!

### 4/5 — Amazing introduction to the language

*2016-07-03, version 2.0*

This app is outstanding! It provides all of the basics and a significant vocabulary of terms. There are only two things that I think could enhance it: at some point, it would be great to add contextual terms such as the Mi'kmaq words for different territory; and to add advanced functionality by setting up a learning system like the Babble app does for other languages. That would make it perfect, although I also realize the desire to keep this app free and the immense development costs associated with what's been done to date. All in all a great app!

### 4/5 — Super mais anglais

### 3/5 — Artewin

*2019-09-14, version 3.0.4*

Don’t get me wrong i love this app but there could be way more vocabulary instead of ones everyone already knows that we’ve been taught since we started school. With the amount of resources we have to the language such as elders, parents, grandparents, and even the people who made this app there should be WAY more to the vocabulary more so even the people who speak mikmaw daily could learn too if we had access to more advanced words and conversational mikmaw ya know idk just my opinion. it would be nice and if they put more effort into it and constantly updated it. We need more speakers if this is what people turn to to learn it’s sad.

### 5/5 — It’s easy to use

*2024-07-24*

It’s very easy to use and learn, and has helped me connect with my cultures language

### 5/5 — Best Lnu app

*2023-03-03, version 3.0.5*

Helps so much for real, created by real Mi'kmaq communities. Of course it is difficult to have an app that has all the phrases (there is the mikmaq help dictionary you can find on google/safari with plenty of other more advanced phrases) but for what it’s worth, I use this app on the daily and it definitely helps me out as a native person trying to learn more of my language. Its also perfect for all ages!

### 5/5 — Easy to use
