This game is likely designed so that this happens intentionally, influencing the player to furiously attempt as many tries as possible as a way to seek justice. You’ll think “But this is kindergarten stuff! There’s no way I can fail this. Surely the screen is just acting up because of x,y,z reason. I will do it again!” It never happens.
