Only 3 stars because it doesn’t honour my notification preferences and sends spam notifications every day. ### 3/5 — Shows load shedding & not load reduction *2024-07-18, version 5.3.21* I literally downloaded the app a minute ago and I’ve already noticed it’s not showing me the load REDUCTION schedule! That’s the reason that I stopped using ESP- because ESP wasn’t working on my phone and I thought this app would help... Prove me wrong and kindly sort this problem out because now the schedule has abruptly changed without my knowledge and I want to know the EXACT schedule ### 4/5 — Getting stuck *2023-10-06, version 5.3.7* Good app, supplies up to the minute info, easy to use, sensible layout. The stage 3 , then stage 2 advice, backwards and forwards when no changes has occurred is very irritating. Over 10 in 30 minutes. So I had to turn the notifications off. And now I miss real updates and have to check manually. It continually shows that we're on stage 6 and has multiple load sheds scheduled for the day and more than half don't materialize. So, in my humble opinion, I do not recommend this app. It does have a lot of options for information, so I'm sure it's brilliant when it does work. They should just write the correct schedules times as ESP does. Not give us too many options. I’m absolutely hating the guess work. Its as if the screen just froze! Maybe this app is Eskoms distant relative. Neither of them are really all that good at doing what they are meant to do. ### 1/5 — Pretty useless *2021-10-12, version 5.0.0* I was so hoping this app could replace the only other viable option for ios, but sadly not so. It did not show the schedules for my area and I could not get it to work long enough to see how it’s notifications work. After installing I could change settings to my preferences. But attempting to open it later results in a black screen with a blue rotating arrow that’s all. I’ve installed it twice with the same result.
