This app doesn’t notify you whenever a new load comes in. It could be so much effective and easy if they update the app so that users can have the notifications for new loads.

Why can’t you guys update the app to send notifications or notify the person when a load is available in the posted lane. Rather than doing garbage updates and making it more complicated just keep it simple and subtle to use.

I have been experiencing so many difficulties with this new upgraded version of this app. I preferred to use the old version, as it was extremely simple, compared to this new version.

Customer service is not helpful. It takes two full days to change your phone number in their system. The sales rep will not answer their phone and they make you leave message after message only to send you an email reply. It took 3 weeks to set me up and still charged full rates.

Its very complicated. Old version was simple you had all the info on one screen. When you choose full load option you should only get full loads. Why do I see LTL in there. It’s useless. It’s not refreshing as well. Get rid of it or keep old version format.

It’s not good at all … complicated, it’ll take 3 times more time to do same thing in the old version!!!!

This version is terrible. Takes twice as long to do the same thing as it did on the last version. Glitches in the carrier search and doesn’t even return the correct results. And to think we pay more for the mobile!
