### 1/5 — Do not do loadup , yohh will be upset and you loose a lot of money

*2025-07-15, version 1.4*

None of my LoadUp loads changed, I didn’t do the last order that’s all. I did 6 other orders and was supposed to make 450$. I did every load and worked hard to earn the 450$ . Load up is trying to pay me 159$. That is almost how much I paid in gas. I worked for 10 hours and drove 340 miles

### 1/5 — Be warned

*2025-06-30*

This app will end up costing you more than you make. The customer can call at anytime between when you completed the job and when you get paid and say it wasn’t completed and load up will take all your funds until you return to the job and get what they need. They have done this multiple times where I even confirmed with the customer before leaving. There is also no phone number to call load up when you are trying to solve these situations. Just be warned.

### 1/5 — Atrocious Company

*2025-06-23*

As others have said, they do not reimburse for dump fees, they expect you to drive hours to get places, and they demand you bring a helper. For example, $56 for a mattress is what they pay. It’ll be an hour drive, they expect you to bring a helper, AND the fee is $15-$20 to dump a mattress. So $36 after the fee. Split 2 ways, $18 each. For 2.5-3 hours of work with commute included. Ridiculous. Not to mention they charge YOU money when a customer cancels. I had a customer cancel a job, and now it says I have a $317 “cancellation fee” on my account that is deducted from my earnings. Because the CUSTOMER cancelled. I will be pursuing legal action against them for this, outcome TBD. Do NOT work for this joke of a company. Somehow you’ll owe THEM money!

### 1/5 — Ex Loader

*2025-05-20, version 1.4*

This company was great when I started back in 2021.
The payouts were reasonable and sometimes you would get a very good and profitable gig.
Then everything started going downhill after the tiered subscription system.
I was a loyal loader and went out of my way a lot of times to fulfill orders that no one was getting to in my area. But sadly this company just went downhill.

### 1/5 — Sign in

*2025-04-25*

I downloaded this app and opened it, and it prompts me to sign in. I have never created an account, so I can’t sign in. There is no option for me to create an account. I have closed it and reopened it numerous times. I even downloaded it and deleted it several times. It continues to do the same thing, prompt me to sign in. I can’t sign in without creating an account.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-03-28, version 1.4*

Stay away

### 1/5 — Atrocious Company

### 1/5 — They don’t honor payment!

*2025-02-15, version 1.4*

Got a job in Wyoming and they didn’t inform that I was getting it was bigger than the trailer that I was hauling, at the end, they blamed on me saying I’m that I should had a bigger trailer. They would make me work and no pay because according to them I own them money, 2 weeks in a row so, I stopped doing jobs for them. Don’t waist your time.

### 1/5 — Horrible customer service

*2025-02-13, version 1.4*

Customer service is terrible. There is a complete lack of professional ethics and understanding towards drivers. The pay is unfair. They do not care about drivers if there are hygiene problems in an order; they will just tell you to proceed. I do not recommend this app.

### 1/5 — Subscription Scam!

*2025-02-07*

They have a three tier subscription plan. One is $75 another is $350 and the top tier is $1000. The people with the $1000 will always get jobs over you. So, that means if you do not have $1000 and you have the $350 or the $75 plan you will not get any orders, but they will make sure that they take their subscription out every month. I think it’s a scam. You should not have to pay to get work. I hope they get sued!

### 1/5 — Complete Trash and Scam

*2025-02-04, version 1.0*

This company charges loaders 1000 per month for subscriptions and don’t even bring in that much a month. They cancel orders without telling loaders and will not refund the points. If customers cancel orders, they only get half of their money back with no services rendered. Horrible company on all ends so do not use it unless you wanna waste your time and money.

### 1/5 — Low pay and they want you to have a helper lol

*2025-02-03*

I decided to give them a try and I performed a couple services, not surprised for $60 jobs driven 1 hour away in my 8 cyl truck and having to pay myself dumping fees. At some point they send me an email saying that a customer reported that I showed up without a helper; so I said: “of course!” How am I supposed to hire someone for two jobs a week and pay $10-$20 per job? I said it’s not money enough for what they’re asking and they just deactivated my account on the spot; I asked for the money I already earned and haven’t had an answer, I will update if this gets solved or legal actions have to been taken.

### 1/5 — Low payout, pay to get jobs

*2025-01-08, version 1.0*

Lowest paying hauling app, on top of paying a membership fee you have to pay more for points to pickup jobs.

### 1/5 — J

*2025-01-02, version 1.0*

Bad company, they cancel and overcharge you and if you make a claim they threaten to suspend you and want you to pay for their mistakes.

### 1/5 — I definitely do not recommend it at all

*2024-12-26*

Their only concern is money, the rest is not important to them, for example, they impose fines without any reason even when you want to cancel the job in very difficult weather conditions, they also ask for a monthly fee so that you can receive the order immediately, for example, I loaded 3 seats into my car with an order and received a total payment of 90 dollars, but when I went to throw them away, I paid 125 dollars.
I went to get a bed and foundation it was exactly 18 miles away when I went the customer was not there and the customer told me the bed and foundation was at the door but I said it was not there it was probably stolen the customer service representative did not give me any money even though the customer told me you can still complete this order and get your money also they said they would give me $25 for going there but they still did not pay me anything like I said their only concern is money

### 1/5 — Horrible Company

*2024-12-24*

This company is not the one for side jobs. Wanna make $100 a month maybe? Sure go for it. But to get paid you’ll have to submit an invoice, after they send an invoice, just to get paid. Oh and if you wanna make more then $100 a month doing side work that isn’t even worth that $100, then you’ll have to pay their premium service fee of minimum $250 just to get extra loads. When paying that $250 for more loads, you will be lucky to get an additional $75 dollar job. When it’s all said and done I paid $250 to be premium member, just to make $120 (drove 1.5 hours away and moved an entire adjustable base, and assembled) and $75 (moved and sectional, Matt, box spring and frame out of a customers house, plus disposal)

If you did the math, I only made $55 after paying the $250 for premium driver service. This company is a joke. Currently in talks with an attorney for wrongful termination without notify. I only worked here a month as side hustle.

### 1/5 — Wow!

*2024-12-17*

This company is beyond unprofessional!!! The reviews on here are beyond accurate. The company is a complete joke. They really only care about themselves. They will lie to you just to get a job done ! They have no respect or care for you or your team! Lying and hiding details is their #1 skill, especially if it comes to them saving a few bucks. Beware if you try and report them to the BBB for shady business practices, they will suspend your account. Was highly dissatisfied with this company. Complete clowns !!!! 🤡💯💯🤡

### 1/5 — Disrespectful

*2024-12-09*

Any correspondence from LoadUp comes off as rude and pushy. If the customer changes the scope of the job before you show up they will not notify you and the pay will be different when they send the invoice. Half the jobs are incorrect and usually result in more items. If you have any questions or concerns they will not respond! Absolutely poor service from the loader perspective. The idea is great but the business is overall unethical.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Former Loader

*2026-02-13, version 1.4*

I used to work for these guys and this not a good company you get charged if the customer is wrong and the dump fees is higher than the pay and they treat the LOADERS FOUL

### 1/5 — Difficulty to get paid

*2026-02-05, version 1.4*

It is difficult to get paid because they won’t just deposit into bank like others do they want you to make a invoice and you need to pay to get orders and not even make enough to pay the subscription

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2025-12-30, version 1.4*

LoadUp is a SCAM do not trust those guys I’m owed more than $1000 from a completed job and they just blocked me

### 1/5 — Dry run

*2025-12-08, version 1.4*

I download the app and it ask me to log in but doesn’t allow me to set up an account

### 1/5 — Don't waste your time here, you won't earn any money.

*2025-10-28, version 1.4*

You will be charged the full amount for canceled orders.
They only pay 40% of the amount paid by the customer, and you also have to pay for disposal, gas, helper, which means you are working almost for free. In addition, most orders can only be fulfilled by two people.

### 1/5 — Low pay, exploitative

*2025-10-08, version 1.4*

LoadUp will give you $100 for a two-man job that requires you to drive 2 hours, and most places require a $75 minimum dump fee, so you’re looking at $15/each if you’re lucky. Greedy, scummy company taking advantage of desperate people.

### 1/5 — Charge vs. Earnings

*2025-09-15*

This company charges a lot of money to the service inquirer. Typically from experience they charge the customer $180 for an hour of labor and $120 for a mattress or single item removal. Possibly more around the Denver area. The people bringing the truck, the mandatory helper, the tools, the power will only receive $50-60. The items are so bulky that a we were doing a whole trailer (26 cubic yards) for $200-$300. They make you pay monthly depending on how you want to receive jobs. Essential is $75 per month. Rip off! And the top subscription is $1000 per month and you are likely to make $7/hr on these tasks after gas, overhead and paying the helper that is mandatory. Load up is not worth it.

### 1/5 — Wow

*2025-08-25, version 1.4*

Downloaded the app then saw the reviews and uninstalled the app didn’t even open it.

### 1/5 — Atrocious policy

*2025-08-01*

Don’t join this community until they fix their policies. My team worked over 7 hours and the customer signed for completion and did a full walkthrough prior and then called said that we didn’t get everything, so we had to go back and next morning customer called before we got there and said he wanted another team, so the little we apparently left another team picked it up and got full compensation although we did all the work. This company allows their customers to get over on them and punish the contractors helping them. I wouldn’t recommend.

### 1/5 — Loaders beware

*2025-07-21*

Be very careful if you want to work for this company. The negative reviews are spot on.

Pros-
-Work the jobs you want
-The support team based in Chile are phenomenal

Cons-
-Pay is horrible
-You pay for jobs… twice (subscription and points)
Three times if customer cancels they make you pay the entire job that the customer would have paid. Yes, you read that right. For example, If a customer signs up for a junk removal job and pays $300 and then decides to cancel, YOU will be CHARGED $300.
-Customer is ALWAYS right, no matter how wrong they may be.
-Your time is not respected but expected.
-If you bring up a legitimate concern you are shut down.
-They expect you to do things you may not be licensed for (for example working with 480 volts of electricity)

There’s a lot more but I didn’t want to write a book. Just wanted to warn you what you will be getting in to.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 5 Stars

*2025-09-18, version 1.4*

Payout a little low but great support, great platform, and continuing to grow 😄😄😄

### 5/5 — Awesome Services

*2025-01-29*

Pretty awesome laid back company may not pay the best but it is awesome if you are trying to help out those less fortunate in your community with donated stuff. Pretty awesome when you have nothing else to do and the upper management chain will do whatever they can to fix any problems and they always make it right with you! I recommend using this company 100% for Junk Removal and Tech services along with recommendations for Contracting with them for loads! Awesome company ran by awesome people and the customers have 100% been respectful and professional with each removal.

### 4/5 — Pretty cool gig

*2024-04-19, version 1.0*

Job itself is cool. Some of the dispatchers are a little unfair but some will work with you. It’s not bad a lot all to be honest the fees are just crazy

### 4/5 — Awesome!

*2024-01-27*

Ive been a driver for LoadUp for a couple weeks now and am actually making pretty good money IF (and that’s a big IF) I am able to accept the orders. When I talk to customer service about not being able to see or accept orders they always tell me there is orders available for me to take. Well why can’t I see them then?!?! I can’t accept them if I can’t see them in the app!!! If they could improve the app and have me more orders I could do this full time and give 5 stars!! The customer service reps are awesome as well!! 👍🏻👍🏻
