## What is LoadView?

The LoadView platform provides driver and carrier data from Koch’s proprietary loading automation systems to create assignments for drivers–– all through a mobile app: 

Drivers securely sign in to their LoadView app with their phone number and a four-digit code--- no messy username or password needed.  The LoadView app immediately notifies drivers of pending assignments from carriers, including assignment details such as site information and required training.

Drivers now can say goodbye to getting out of their trucks at the site to check in, with the LoadView precheck in feature prior to arriving at the terminal. 

After picking up and delivering a load, drivers can communicate with dispatch by simply marking the assignment as complete.  Carriers are then notified that the delivery is complete, and the driver is available for another assignment.

When entering a location you need very small and delicate fingers to click on the correct button and have to click multiple times in order to get the correct thing you want

Not like older version. Newer version only gets you to the town. Old version gave directions to tank locations and telephone numbers for contacts. More time taken for drivers searching for information .

How about you pay for my phones data for usage. I have to use my personal phone and data plans are expensive in Canada. Cell phone data is for personal use only. Unless you pay the carriers up here to lower data rates please disable always allow for data. I refuse to use always allow. Thank you.

I like it. Saves lots of time at the terminal. Very intuitive and easy to use. I appreciate not having to wait in line at the terminal using the app.

Super annoying to have to reauthenticate every day! The fact I am required to use this app but you can’t keep it working smoothly is mind boggling! It’s been 3 months since you pushed any sort of update out!
