A companion for making a sourdough loaf, making and caring for your starter. Look after your sourdough starter, and get alerts when it's time to feed it. Track whether you keep it on the counter or in the fridge (when chilly, your starter needs feeding less often). Simple and easy to use, it includes instructions for creating and maintaining your starter as well as instructions for baking bread. One can add as many starters and loaves as one wants. The starter tracker is adjustable for the counter or the fridge. It prompts you when it’s time to feed your starter. I had a few questions and contacted the developer, who responded promptly and was very helpful.
