## What is Loam Logger?

Loam Logger helps you track ride data, component wear, and service intervals for your mountain bikes. Connect your Strava, Garmin, Suunto, or WHOOP account and your rides sync automatically. Loam Logger does the math so you know exactly when parts need attention before they fail on the trail.

TRACK YOUR RIDES
Rides sync automatically from Strava, Garmin, Suunto, and WHOOP via webhooks. Import your full ride history or let new rides flow in as you log them. See distance, duration, elevation, heart rate, and weather for every ride at a glance.

MANAGE YOUR GEAR
Add your bikes with full specs from 99Spokes or enter them manually. Track 23+ component types including fork, shock, drivetrain, brakes, bearings, wheels, and more. Log services and reset wear counters when work gets done. Tap any part to see the exact rides that make up its tracked hours, then add or remove rides so every part's wear reflects what you actually rode.

KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION
Loam Logger estimates when each component will need service based on your actual ride data, so you can plan ahead instead of reacting to failures on the trail. Bikes that are due show a short, plain-English AI Maintenance Summary of what to work on next. You no longer need to be a pro bike mechanic to know what on your bike needs attention.

RIDE STATS & INSIGHTS
Dig into your riding with stats across any timeframe: totals, averages, heart rate, personal records, current and longest streaks, top locations, weather breakdown, and usage by bike. Share your favorite rides with a clean, ready-made ride card.

BUILT FOR MOUNTAIN BIKERS
Whether you ride one bike or a whole fleet, Loam Logger keeps everything organized. Track component hours, monitor wear across bikes, and never wonder when your last fork service was.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.3 — 2026-08-04

This release makes it clearer where each of your rides came from.

• Rides now show the device that recorded them, so a ride from a Garmin computer reads as its actual model (like "Garmin Edge 840") instead of a generic or "Unknown" label. Editing a ride back in Garmin no longer wipes that out.
• A ride recorded on a Garmin but brought in through Strava is now credited to Garmin everywhere it appears, including the ride detail screen.
• When Strava reports the recording device on other rides, we show that too.
• The Insights screen picked up a proper header, a back button, and cleaner spacing at the top.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-07-31

Improvements:

Maps are now formed from Garmin and Strava rides.
Garmin Connect™ is named in full wherever you sync from it.
Syncing previous rides from Garmin now lets you choose the last 7, 14 or 30 days instead of pulling the whole season.
You can run a Garmin sync again to pick up rides recorded since the last one.
Garmin Connect now appears with its proper name and app icon wherever you connect or switch data sources.
Updated Privacy Policy and Terms with more detail on how Garmin data and AI-generated maintenance summaries are handled.

### 1.0.10 — 2026-07-28

New: See which Garmin device recorded each ride Rides synced from Garmin now name the watch or bike computer behind them. You'll see "Garmin Edge 840" rather than just "Garmin" on your rides list, on ride detail, and in the rides behind each part's hours.

Improvements:

Garmin Connect now appears with its proper name and app icon wherever you connect or switch data sources.
Updated Privacy Policy and Terms with more detail on how Garmin data and AI-generated maintenance summaries are handled.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-07-22

New: See the rides behind each part's hours
Tap any component to see every ride counted toward its tracked hours.
Swapped a wheel or fork mid-season? Remove a ride from a part — or apply
one from another bike — so each part's hours reflect what you actually rode.

New: Weather for past Garmin rides
Garmin rides imported before our location fix came in without weather. A new
option in Settings re-imports them, and weather fills in automatically as the
rides come back. (Pro)

Improvements
- Cleaner, more consistent spacing on the dashboard
- Behind-the-scenes fixes and polish

### 1.0.7 — 2026-07-17

New: AI Maintenance Summary
Bikes that are due for service now show a short, plain-English summary of what needs attention — so you can see what to work on before your next ride at a glance. Summaries are generated by AI and clearly labeled. Available to Pro riders.

Improvements
• More accurate, reliable maintenance status on the bike screen
• Behind-the-scenes fixes and polish
