Excellent  support, I have had to contact support twice and both times they have been prompt and super supportive. The time difference did slow down a little bit but still worked out great!!   I love the app and like most you find little issues now and then but it is constantly improving and works great.

Fantastic App for Lending Money!

I’ve been using Freebird to lend out money, and it’s honestly a wonderful app. I bought the lifetime version, and it’s worth every cent! It helps me keep perfect track of who borrowed what, sends automatic WhatsApp notifications, and even creates small contracts — everything I need in one place.

The developers are amazing too — they respond quickly and sort out any problems fast. I highly recommend this app to anyone who lends or borrows money. It makes managing it all so simple and professional!

Tried 10+ apps to track EMIs, but this one’s the best and simple for me. It auto-calculates past/future EMIs and pending amounts. Money lent/taken tracking is user-friendly. Support team helped with Google sign-up sync issue. Only downside: fixed annual interest needs manual input for accurate EMI. Still, went ahead and bought premium. 🙂

It is frustrating because I have had this app for years and enjoyed it. However they became greedy and features that use to be free are now paid. I can’t Top Up anymore without upgrading to paid version. I can’t export the loan payment document without upgrading to paid version, upload a document now paid. These use to be included in free and one day *poof* now I have to pay for the same features I always used. Will find another app now.

Update:

The developer has fixed the issue, and the app is now functioning as intended. However, there are still missing features that I need. Additionally, the UI feels too basic for my liking—it could be more intuitive, perhaps by incorporating more gesture-based controls for smoother navigation. Also, the app says, pay now to get 50 percent discount, which is NOT true. I did not get a penny! 

I just paid a significant amount for their 1-year professional subscription. The app clearly states that purchasing the plan early—before the trial ends—would come with a discount, yet I was still charged the full price. However, my biggest concern is that my subscription is still not showing in the app, and I am unable to access the professional locked features. It has been almost an hour, and I still can’t use what I paid for. I reached out to the developer via WhatsApp but have yet to receive a response. I will update my rating once this is resolved, but I need it fixed quickly, as I was relying on the app to record an upcoming transaction.
