"Loan Calculation Anywhere" is a free application which can make easily the trial calculation of the loan repayment.
 
Please use, when you examine a housing loan and other loans. 

It corresponds also to bonus combined use, or principal-and-interest equal and principal equal monthly payment. 
Since a loan list of particulars (the list of monthly amount repaid, principal, interest, and balance, a redemption table) can be seen, it is convenient to investigate the present balance of the loan under payment. 

A loan list of particulars can be outputted as a PDF file.

I was excited to use this app but every time I went to put the percentage in the Calculator box the app would close out. I never even got to calculate what I wanted to. Going to delete the app:/
