You should be able to enter the actual loan amount to figure out the accurate amount of a loan payment.

This is a simple yet fantastic calculate that gives you a good forecast of what to expect in regards to mortgage repayment, it allows you to see the impact of adding extra payments and therefore motivates for a better outcome. 

Please add an entry field for an offset and offset percentage defaulted to 100%.

This is a perfect tool for me to quote finance payments to Customers. It’s in the palm of my hand and not on a huge computer screen to wear. It’s only me seeing the information. As we all know once someone sees the finance charges!

Nice app. You can add extra principal to the payment and make principal only payments. It will adjust so you can see interest saved as well as total interest payout. Was able to adjust a 3 year term loan at 8.69%, 13.4% total interest, to 1 year 4 month at 5.5% total interest payout by adding to the principal, sweet.
