I’m looking for an app to run numbers on how quickly a loan will pay down according to a payment. This app doesn’t allow you to change the payment amount that I could see it has a locked sign beside it. If you wanting to adjust the payment and see how quickly it pays down, you’re an able to do that on this app.

This app has a nice layout, and I’ve tried several different loan calculator apps and this one had potential of being very good. Except it doesn’t convert the amortization table to a PDF file. Most other loan calculator apps convert your amortization tables to PDF files.
