### 4/5 — Fantastic App

*2023-05-05, version 1.10*

I’ve used this app multiple times to run loan scenarios. It includes everything I need including an option to add extra payments at different times and intervals. It’s a keeper. I’d give it 5 stars if I could see a payment calculated on the input screen. Currently I need to finish input, rotate screen and then click the payment amortization schedule to see the payment.

### 5/5 — Fantastic little loan calculator app!

*2021-08-07, version 1.9*

I have been using this loan calculator for a few years now and it is great! It is not complicated and it easily allows me to add extra payments, including one-time payments, to see how that reduces the payoff date.

I used loan mentor to figure out where to target increased principle payments on different loans to maximize interest savings and ultimate pay off dates. I have eliminated one loan now, and am using it to set targets for my remaining loan.

### 5/5 — Simple, to the point and works well

### 4/5 — Love this app... but...

*2019-08-11, version 1.9*

It seems the calendar is off. My payments are biweekly, so in July of 2020 I should pay on the 3, 17 and 31 but it’s saying I only pay the 5 and 19, which is incorrect. How do I fix this?

### 1/5 — M

*2017-02-14, version 1.8*

Dislike, not worth 15 cents

### 1/5 — Useless

*2017-02-03, version 1.8*

Totally useless. Don't waste your money.

### 1/5 — No good

*2012-12-07, version 1.7*

Doesn't do complicated interest rates. Would be easier to set time and monthly repayment amount, and have it confirm the interest rate type. Not worth the money.

### 1/5 — Vic

*2011-10-08, version 1.3*

Very useless program- waste of money

### 2/5 — Incomprehensible

*2019-03-05, version 1.9*

What should be a simple process is made impossible by this curious app. Enter loan details and it ask you for “rate” ... but this isn’t the interest rate, which is another field. So what is it? Even if you do enter all the loan data, it doesn’t tell you your monthly payments that I can find. Wait ... what?

### 2/5 — Not what I was hoping for...

*2012-05-27, version 1.6.1*

Theres a few things lacking that make this program redundant for me. I think I would like this better if I could add extra payments using the date not year 1 week 6. Also if I could manually enter my loan repayments not be told what I should be paying and have to adjust accordingly.

### 2/5 — It's ok

*2012-04-08, version 1.5*

Not really worth the $5.49 I paid for it but a reasonable application. Could do a LOT more

### 3/5 — Update: errors (was: So handy!)

*2019-01-26, version 1.9*

Update: Had to knock this down 2 stars from my original 5—I still love this app, but it does have a couple of problems :-( When I add an extra cost to certain type of loan, it adds it as a payment into the first payment. It also calculates the percentage incorrectly on the pie chart overview of the loan. Please fix this!!

(Original review:). Love this app, thanks! Very handy!!! Only feature request—amortization schedule comparison when comparing loans.

### 3/5 — Looks handy
