## What is LoanAbacus?

Buying in Australia, New Zealand or Canada? Mortgage maths is local: Canadian fixed rates compound semi-annually, Australian banks assess you 3% above your contract rate, and stamp duty brackets differ by state. LoanAbacus builds these local conventions into one calculator — in English, 日本語 and 简体中文 — that runs entirely on your phone.

HOW TO READ THE NUMBERS
This app does arithmetic only. **It does not give financial, tax or legal advice and does not recommend any lender, product or repayment plan.** Every figure is an on-device estimate based on publicly documented conventions and is for reference only. Assessment rates, income treatment and concession rules differ between lenders, and government rates change with budgets — **rely on the actual terms offered by your financial institution and on official government data**. A disclaimer is one tap away from every results screen.

ADS AND COST
Every calculation is open to everyone — the full schedule, lump sums and offset, unlimited plans, comparison, PDF and CSV export. Nothing is behind a paywall. A single banner sits at the bottom of the screen; a one-time purchase removes it. That purchase only hides the banner — it does not unlock anything.
No subscription, no interstitials.

PRIVACY
The prices, incomes and debts you type never leave this device; the app does not upload them. The network is used only to fetch the bottom banner ad. Ads come from Google AdMob; the app always requests non-personalised ads and never asks for ATT tracking permission.
