## What is LoanIQ Mlo?

LoanIQ MLO is the NMLS continuing education tracker built specifically for 
  state-licensed Mortgage Loan Officers.                                 
                                                                             
  Stop guessing whether you've met your annual CE requirements. LoanIQ tracks
   every hour, every category, and every deadline — so you can focus on      
  closing loans.                                                  
                                                                             
  The SAFE Act requires 8 federal CE hours every year: 3h Federal Law &
  Regulations, 2h Ethics, 2h Non-Traditional Mortgage Lending, and 1h      
  Elective. LoanIQ knows these rules and enforces them correctly — including
  the fact that federal hours count across all your state licenses
  simultaneously.

  Every state's requirements are built in. States with additional CE add-ons
  — like New Jersey (+4h), Alabama (+4h), New York (+3h), Georgia (+3h),
  Oregon (+2h), and Utah (+2h) — are tracked separately so nothing slips
  through.

  Log CE hours in seconds with course name, provider, NMLS course ID,
  category, and completion date. Attach your completion certificate as a
  photo or PDF directly to each entry. The compliance dashboard shows your
  progress ring and category breakdown in real time so you always know
  exactly where you stand.

  LoanIQ also warns you if you're logging the same NMLS course ID two years
  in a row (the SAFE Act no-repeat rule), flags completions that fall outside
   your renewal cycle, and sends December deadline reminders when renewal
