## Newest reviews (1 of 13)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2020-03-15, version 1.02*

This is a very poor app and has close to zero functionality . This app reflects poorly on Latrobe .

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-06-02, version 1.06*

This app was designed before the internet was invented. Can’t see transaction list. Can’t see loan details. Takes a week to see deposits in the balance. Takes a week to withdraw from the account. We will be changing from Latrobe Financial asap just so we can get an app that is user friendly. Absolutely useless. Would give zero stars if I could.

### 1/5 — Final straw - We’re leaving

*2024-10-01, version 1.06*

This app is the final straw for us and just makes it easier to refinance with somebody else. The review system even makes you give it a minimum of one star. Says it all really. Impossible to get on the phone, reluctant to provide rate reviews. Negotiated a better rate of .51% with Loans.com. Check it out.

### 1/5 — The worst financial app ever

*2023-10-03, version 1.06*

Designed in 2001 maybe with the
Most basic code ever. My 9 year old has developed more advanced applications. What a joke . Hope you can cancel your loan quickly to escape this technology

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2023-08-13, version 1.06*

I can’t even use it to give it a star rating, password was reset with help from the IT team and we still can’t log in. Makes Tax time harder than it needs it to be - grrrr!

### 1/5 — Needs major improvements

*2021-07-08, version 1.0.4*

Much more functionality needed

### 1/5 — Update your App

*2021-06-12, version 1.0.4*

You can’t even chat with them so delayed in their tech

### 1/5 — Haynes

*2021-04-22, version 1.03*

This app is a disappointment.
Who developed it? And why were they even paid? It’s by far THE MOST SIMPLE AND BASIC APP ON THE MARKET FROM ANY LENDER WITHIN AUSTRALIA... PERHAPS THE WORLD... AND YES I AM YELLING

### 1/5 — A bit of an embarrassment

*2021-01-20, version 1.02*

This app is extremely limited, and to me really seems like a token effort at even having an app available. It’s the level of information you’d expect 15-20 years ago. You can’t even view recent transactions or anything, you can only see a current balance, and redraw amount available. If you want ANYTHING else, like even a statement, you have to submit a request, and a person prepares it for you and emails it through, and it takes a few days! Unbelievable to me that in 2021 a bank is still this limited. Currently makes me want to change banks at the next opportunity. I’m sorry for the harsh review, but I feel that users need to know how limited it is before getting involved with this bank, as if I had known, I wouldn’t have.

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2020-07-21, version 1.02*

This app is clunky, and only provides very basic info about your account, with very little functionality

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2020-07-14, version 1.02*

Zero functionality compared to other banking apps

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 3/5 — Log in issues

*2025-07-15, version 1.06*

Yes, this the most very, very, basic of finance apps - and from a multi billion $ company. Today I entered my log in ID and pass code which I have used before. It stated it will send sms to my phone to enter for extra security (you need to do this to proceed). Yes, Latrobe have my mob number. No sms was sent, tried twice. Sort this out Latrobe immediately or you will definitely shed more clients.

### 3/5 — Latrobe app is not as bad as I expected

*2023-07-05, version 1.06*

It does have limited functionality but at least shows the basic information.
