## What is Loans calc?

Loans is a unique tool to calculate loans and mortgages together, resulting in the most interesting facts to consider: Share, Total Interest, total payments and APR

On the first screen can be calculated with the most common system of constant fee. For more advanced calculations, we have advanced screen with which you can calculate with other systems. In all cases the payment schedule shown.
