Despite completing all EMIs and fully repaying the loan, the NOC was not issued on time, which has negatively impacted my CIBIL score. After nearly a year, I noticed this issue and raised multiple requests with the Unofin Lootap customer service team. After more than a month of follow-ups, the NOC was finally shared. However, the loan closure date mentioned in the NOC is 27th March 2026, which is incorrect. I have raised this discrepancy with the support team and provided all supporting documents, including transaction details clearly showing that the last EMI was paid on 10th April 2025. However, I was informed that they are considering the ticket raised date as the closure date, which is not acceptable. The entire process took 2 days for all documents and verification. It has been 2 weeks Loan was approved but the amount has not been disbursed there is no customer support have to drop mail wait for 48hr to get response and then no help all are system generated.
