Despite completing all EMIs and fully repaying the loan, the NOC was not issued on time, which has negatively impacted my CIBIL score. After nearly a year, I noticed this issue and raised multiple requests with the Unofin Lootap customer service team. After more than a month of follow-ups, the NOC was finally shared. However, the loan closure date mentioned in the NOC is 27th March 2026, which is incorrect. I have raised this discrepancy with the support team and provided all supporting documents, including transaction details clearly showing that the last EMI was paid on 10th April 2025. However, I was informed that they are considering the ticket raised date as the closure date, which is not acceptable. Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer support, as the responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful. ### 1/5 — Can you guys please connect ?? *2026-02-02* I have mailed you guys and i called today waited for 20 min for the customer care to answer as he/she just picked up and cancel the call. Literally how can you people such a big scam ? I have paid my full dues yesterday morning still till now it is not updated. Pls just update that and let me be free from you scammers ### 1/5 — Fake and Worst Loan App dont apply loan you will regret sharing your document *2025-01-21* applied for a Loan for a medical emergency. The entire process took 2 days for all documents and verification. It has been 2 weeks Loan was approved but the amount has not been disbursed there is no customer support have to drop mail wait for 48hr to get response and then no help all are system generated. Looks like this LoanTrap are just collecting document and might do fraud i am going to take appropriate action as applied loan is showing me as active loan but amount not disbursed yet. please do not go with this loan app ### 1/5 — False commitment, fraud representative. Worst company *2022-11-24* one of the representative from LoanTap given commitment that, the penalty weaver will be fully weave off once i paid the the due amount. then i have transferred the amount and waiting for the weaver of penalty. Now the team is saying weave is not possible. Send me the proof that representative committed. I have also sent the proof and still they are not considering. All false commitment. Don’t trust the company. I never recommend this company to my friends and family or anybody. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2022-03-17* This app is not recommended at all. Even after two days of e-sign of agreement and enach mandate amount is not disbursed in bank. In current competitive scenario this app service is very slow as compare to other peer companies where amount is disburse in less than 24 hours and in some cases instant disbursal also their. Later when the credit team calls you they will not give you any respect and they talk in a harsh way. They will collect all the documents and they make you feel low to yourself by the way they speak to customer. Finally they reject the application saying policy issues and the credit manager says it’s approved. They aren’t clear among themselves. I want to say this to the credit executive member I wasn’t supposed to apply loan but there was some very critical conditions which made me to come to you and apply for loan. Don’t waste time of us. ### 2/5 — Foreclosure *2020-10-15* No proper support if we want to foreclose loan with LoanTap. They will not respond in a proper way, i asked specific question regarding foreclosure and create multiple ticket. They are jus following basic template and forward the same. Additional interest will be charged even if we close after 12 months. ### 4/5 — Process of loan *2022-08-30* I have downloaded the app yesterday the day i filled all my details still it is showing in progress I haven’t got any call or sms that how much time i have to wait . Even at 11 pm in the night he didn’t hesitate to help me with all the processes and shared me the necessary details personally as due to some error the mail was not being forwarded to me. Really appreciate his hard work and need to help their customers at every hour of the day.
