## What is LobbyPing Kiosk Receptionist?

LobbyPing Kiosk Receptionist is a simple front desk visitor check-in app designed for one purpose: letting staff know by email when someone is waiting at the front desk.

Set up LobbyPing at your reception area, lobby, office entrance, or front desk and use it as a simple visitor check-in kiosk. When someone checks in, staff receive an email notification letting them know that a visitor has arrived.

LobbyPing is ideal for businesses and workplaces that need a simple way to handle visitors when a receptionist is not always available at the front desk.

Simple visitor check-in

Visitors can use the front desk kiosk to check in when they arrive. LobbyPing provides a straightforward receptionist-style check-in experience without requiring a complicated visitor management system.

Email notifications

When a visitor checks in, LobbyPing sends an email notification so staff know someone is waiting at the front desk.

Built for reception areas and kiosks

LobbyPing can be used as a check-in kiosk at an office reception area, lobby, front desk, workplace entrance, or other visitor arrival point.

A focused front desk solution

LobbyPing is intentionally simple. Its primary purpose is to notify staff by email when a visitor checks in at the front desk.

It is not intended to be an access-control system, security system, visitor badge system, or full visitor-management platform.

Key uses include:

• Front desk visitor check-in
• Reception kiosk check-in
• Office visitor arrival notifications
• Email notifications for visitor arrivals
• Unattended front desk reception
• Simple receptionist check-in workflow

Whether you have an office, small business, workspace, reception area, or unattended front desk, LobbyPing provides a simple way for visitors to announce their arrival and for staff to receive an email letting them know someone is there.

Visitor arrives. Visitor checks in. Staff receives an email. That’s LobbyPing.
