## What is lobodms Mobile?

lobodms Mobile is a DMS client which allows you to connect to your lobodms Server using iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. With lobodms Mobile you can easily navigate through all documents in the system, e.g. search, preview, save locally, email documents and much more.

Bugfix

- Document search: Sorting errors have been fixed. In the document search it is possible to sort in ascending or descending order by name or by date. The search depends on the option "Search subfolders" in the index data.

- Document search: Errors in updating the view have been fixed. The view is updated immediately after the search term is changed without switching in the hierarchy.

- Errors in the checkin/checkout mechanism have been fixed. In the case of checked out documents that are locked for editing, there is a reference to the device on which the checkout took place.

- Last documents: Errors have been fixed. Processed documents are now displayed under "Last documents" if no abort or crash occurred.

Changes

- Inbox: The view has been revised. The blue marker for unread messages has been removed. The document name is displayed in the first line, followed by the message in the next line.

- Inbox: The 20 most recent inbox messages are loaded. Additional mailbox messages can now be reloaded using the "More results" function.

- Sharing documents: With the context function "Share" for documents in the document search, documents can be sent by mail. The function can be activated or deactivated via the configuration. The function is not active for readonly instances. Previously, this functionality was available in the "Share" function. New is the availability of the "Share" function in the inbox.

- Hierarchy: The display in the hierarchy has been revised, irrelevant information has been removed. For clients and folders, the overview is now single-line. The display of the path in the folder hierarchy (blue in the upper left corner) has been extended for better readability.

- Menu functions in PDF editor RadeePDF now appear in German, on some iphone models (including iphone 6S) the menu functions in RadeePDF previously appeared in English.
- Readonly instances:
PDF editing and printing is prevented, error messages are adjusted.
Changes
- Performance optimization when searching:
Search is started when at least three characters are entered. New searches during
typing or correcting while entering the search string are prevented by a time interval of
time interval of 800 milliseconds. Updating the search when adding more characters to the search string continues after the time interval expires and provides faster results.
- Checkin/Checkout mechanism:
When PDF documents are opened in lobodms Mobile, they are checked out and made available for
editing by other users or on other devices. When opening documents that are checked out and locked for editing by other users, the document is
