Before it (appeared) to use face recognition because it opened to my accounts immediately. Hopefully this will be reinstated soon, as it definitely is not an improvement. ### 1/5 — Ужасный сервис! *2026-03-24, version 1.0.46* Второй день не получается активировать сим карту, написал более пяти писем в поддержку и так не получил ответа, звонил в поддержку где мне сказали позвонить через два часа после чего туда стало не дозвонится . Приложение вообще не работает, линк для регистрации при моем запросе не приходит на почту, что у вас происходит??? ### 5/5 — No issues *2025-02-16, version 1.0.35* I found they had good customer support and helpful. No loss of connection and no issues in over a year ### 1/5 — Charge twice and then blamed by operator *2025-01-06, version 1.0.34* If you never have an issue fine but if you have any minor dispute they do not help at all. My sim card needed reactivating which i pressed to do, it auto charged me. I then decided after five years of over paying id downgrade. It charged me a whole month again. I called to get refunded the difference but response was i accepted their tncs and thats my fault. Didn’t matter their ux didn’t show it clearly or i was a great customer of five years. I apparently made a mistake so that was that. Honestly id rather pay more elsewhere to have some decent service ### 1/5 — Poor *2023-11-09, version 1.0.27* Doesn’t seem to work properly. We have 4 telephone numbers in our family account but only one can be viewed in the app. The swipe left/right function doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — App do not work well since some time *2023-11-08, version 1.0.27* Today I got email about new app update. Even after the update the app still freeze and doesn’t let me swipe between the different numbers I have. Little update! When you swipe through whole width of the screen then is possible to swipe between different plans👍 Still not working perfect but at least is possible to see other things. ### 3/5 — Functional but not worth the bother *2023-11-08, version 1.0.27* App functions in Nov 23 which appears to have been a problem in the past. Not much of an app though, just as easy to log in the web site and get more options. Deleted. Better to have spent the time and money on sorting eSIMs. ### 1/5 — Less than Useless App *2023-01-28, version 1.5* Waste of time. Worked for first sign-in then doesn’t recognise you ever again. ### 1/5 — Horrible coverage bogs down during prime hours *2023-01-11, version 1.5* When I first joined in June 2022 the service was fantastic. Then right before the winter holidays it became unusable, I couldn’t connect between 3pm-11pm. 10-2pm was a slog and I could connect albeit it felt like dial up speeds! Calls to Lobster didn’t bring any explanations or solutions other than to try connecting by 3g or 2g! I don’t understand how I could have the best connections in my neighborhood to virtually no connections. I’m not going to use it going forward, the locals all have Simyo and I’ll be switching over. I’ve had to borrow a SIM card from a neighbor so that I could work remotely.
