Before it (appeared) to use face recognition because it opened to my accounts immediately. Приложение вообще не работает, линк для регистрации при моем запросе не приходит на почту, что у вас происходит??? ### 1/5 — Charge twice and then blamed by operator *2025-01-06, version 1.0.34* If you never have an issue fine but if you have any minor dispute they do not help at all. My sim card needed reactivating which i pressed to do, it auto charged me. I then decided after five years of over paying id downgrade. It charged me a whole month again. I called to get refunded the difference but response was i accepted their tncs and thats my fault. Didn’t matter their ux didn’t show it clearly or i was a great customer of five years. I apparently made a mistake so that was that. Honestly id rather pay more elsewhere to have some decent service ### 1/5 — Poor *2023-11-09, version 1.0.27* Doesn’t seem to work properly. Even after the update the app still freeze and doesn’t let me swipe between the different numbers I have. Little update! Then right before the winter holidays it became unusable, I couldn’t connect between 3pm-11pm. 10-2pm was a slog and I could connect albeit it felt like dial up speeds! Calls to Lobster didn’t bring any explanations or solutions other than to try connecting by 3g or 2g! I don’t understand how I could have the best connections in my neighborhood to virtually no connections. I’m not going to use it going forward, the locals all have Simyo and I’ll be switching over. I’ve had to borrow a SIM card from a neighbor so that I could work remotely. Simyo/Orange has much better pricing as well. ### 1/5 — App still not displaying properly *2021-04-10, version 1.3* The overview information is still bunching up in the screen centre.!! I was waiting to see if it was sorted but now loosing patience, it’s a pity as the app is very non fussy but normally gives everything required. No loss of connection and no issues in over a year ### 5/5 — One of a kind! *2022-01-07, version 1.3* Really great offer Lobster has. I can use it to call anyone in the UK and Holland, regardless of wether I am in Spain or not. Good data amount also for the price. Verification process and getting it up and running took less than 15 minutes. Love it!!! ### 5/5 — Fixed!! Now works with iOS 13 *2019-10-16, version 1.1* Edit: It took a few weeks but the new version fixed the problem with iOS 13. Review changed from one star to five stars. Lobster is the best cell service I’ve ever had with outstanding customer service.
