## What is Lobster Ops?

Lobster Ops makes it simple for brands to champion operational excellence through internal and external audits. Through checklists conducted by teams on the frontline, it enables action-oriented insights that help maintain consistent brand standards, mitigate risk, and prepare for any upcoming audit.

Checklists that encountered an error during submission will be accessible through the "In Progress" tab with a clearly defined status and recommended next steps.
Preparations for 2 upcoming features:
- Standardised Comments where a predetermined list of comments may be available for checks
- A N/A response to a check will also be able to specify “Not Observable” as the reason why it is considered Not Applicable

### 1.8.1 — 2023-03-07

"In Progress" module is now the "Activities" module featuring two tabs:

1.  "In Progress" tab which shows checklists that a user partially completed or checklists encountering errors
2. "Completed" tab which lists the most recent checklists submitted with the relevant info including the overall performance score.

Also, overall performance of a checklist will now be visible only after submission
